Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery of items is included in the price for UK orders. International delivery is charged at £19.50
We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our products, unless it is a significantly high value item then we use a courier partner such as DHL, UPS or FEDEX.
Please allow 3-5 working days under normal trading conditions for dispatch, if the piece requires re-sizing it may be slightly longer due to the workshop lead time, in which case please allow 2 weeks. Please note that most orders are specifically made to order unless it is an item that is ready to ship.
In the case of bespoke items please allow up to 6 weeks before your order is dispatched. Please contact us to confirm the lead time for your particular order beforehand.
For the UK, we send all items via an insured service through "Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm" in Sabine's Signature boxes and padded jiffy bag. This service is normally next working day.
International shipments are dispatched with an Airmail service and can take 3-5 days for Europe and 7-10 working days to reach Rest of World countries from the date they are sent. Please allow a longer lead time at the moment as some postal services are still disrupted.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with an item please get in touch with us via email. We only disclose our address for returns once we have authorised the return. From receiving the item you have 14 days to contact us to inform us of the return, you then have a further 14 days to get the item back to us. Please note that this only applies to items that are ready to ship (stock items). Clients are responsible for the return postage costs and items must be sent via an insured service to the goods value.
Bespoke items and commissions are not returnable, however we are always happy to work with customers to resolve any issues they have with the piece and are usually happy to make alterations to the piece such as finger size, re-profiling of the band/edges, change of finish etc. We don't want any customer to live with a piece of jewellery they are not entirely happy with.
Please note that all of the terms above go beyond what is required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
